It’s not possible to schedule your Instagram posts within the Instagram app but you can using 3rd party tools. The Later app offers a free plan which lets you schedule up to 30 photo posts (no video / multiple files posts) for one social profile per month. However, you will need to have a business Instagram account in order to schedule posts.
